Refund Policy

Return window:  Most item's can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns: Items marked with Free Return allow for free local Return within 15 days of receiving the item, providing a full refund.

Refund Process:

Contact the Seller first through the Aliexpress messaging system.

If no agreement is reached, open a dispute in the My Orders section, providing evidence like photos or videos.

Refunds are generally Processed within 5 - 10 Business days after the return is confirmed.

Buyer Protection : 

IF an item dosn't  Arrive or isn't as described, you can request a  Refund within 15 day's of receiving the item or after the delivery period expires.
